NPP pats UK’s Cameron, Conservative Party

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has congratulated the Conservative Party of the United Kingdom and its leader, David Cameron for winning the mandate of the British people to form the next government of Britain.
A statement from NPP headquarters signed by General Secretary, Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, said “The mandate to the Conservatives (in coalition with the Liberal Democrats) is a victory for conservative values to which both the New Patriotic Party and the Conservative Party subscribe.

“We are confident that the Cameron Administration will rise to the challenge and deliver the improvements and economic recovery the people of Britain expect.”
The NPP said it was looking forward to “continued partnership and cooperation between the United Kingdom and Ghana, just as we look forward to stronger ties and solidarity between the New Patriotic Party and the Conservative Party.”
